What if humanity is moving through a massive shift in consciousness—and our ancient past holds clues to where we're going? In this episode of **Ancient Mysteries on Earth**, Chris Noble sits down with Peter DeBenedittis, Ph.D. an ascension coach, consciousness teacher, and channel with more than 30 years of experience exploring expanded states of awareness. Peter shares his perspective on 3D, 4D and 5D consciousness, unconscious programming, manifestation, soul evolution, multiple timelines, Atlantis and Lemuria, ancient civilizations, sacred sites, and the idea that humanity is part of a much larger experiment of evolution. They also explore the Yuga cycles, the possibility of moving beyond repeating cycles, the nature of reality, free will, and why clearing subconscious beliefs may be the key to creating a different experience of life. Peter also shares powerful experiences at sacred sites including Tiwanaku and Egypt, along with his belief that we can connect with the energy and consciousness of these places—even from wherever we are. The conversation closes with a channelled message from Gaia about owning our magnificence, stepping out of victimhood, and remembering the creative power within us. Take what resonates, stay curious, and explore the possibilities. 👤 About the Speaker Peter DeBenedittis, Ph.D. is an ascension coach, consciousness teacher, and channel who has spent decades exploring expanded states of awareness and connection with the higher self.
